It offers on a rental basis a fully serviced two bedroom 90m2 apartment at its base price of 70€/night for 4 persons inclusive of bedroom air conditioning.
The entire apartment has an area of 90m2 with two airconditioned bedrooms incorporating a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and living room with stand and wall mounted fans both in bedrooms ,
dining and living room.
There is a balcony with a table and 4 chairs and has lots of space to move around in the apartment.
The living room is also equipped with fans but if airconditioning is required in the living room a mandatory surcharge is applicable for daily use.
Free 24/7 wifi is available and house keeping is done after every 4 nights stay free of cost,with linens and towels supplied.There is a mandatory fee charged for exit cleaning however.
Airport transfers are done solely on request at 50€ / transfer.
However for a stay between 15 - 30 nights you are entitled for a one way airport transfer FREE OF COST.
And for a stay of over 30 nights you are provided both 2 ways,(airport pick up and return transfer), entirely FREE OF COST.
For a stay of 1 to 14 nights the transfer cost is 50€ per transfer.
A 5 seater car rental is offered at 35€/day or a scooter at 15 €/day following your request .
LUNCH AND DINNER OFFER
Breakfast is made available to you free of cost.
A 4 course exotic meal comprising of either chicken or fish or octopus or prawns with rice,bread and salad with a complementary offer of a bottle of wine or a bottle of beer if desired is on request at 25€/person and catered in the apartment .You will need to place your order before to assure freshness of items used for preparation.
A full day 8 hours inland excursion by car is 95 €/day.
