Positive: Nice pool, quiet location, detached, large comfortable bed, large main bedroom, good curtains to keep light out.

Negative: We alerted the host to problem areas, and he said he will do repairs, theae were sink was detached from worktop and in dirty condtion. Kitchen draw rails broken not shutting, wobbly worktop breakfast table, rusting kettle on the outside. Unfinished wall paintwork in places. Bathroom sinks showing scale marks, not cleaned as they could easily be. In general, the villa can benefit from a deep clean. Fan in sitting room noisy and sometimes stops byitself for no reason. Also electric gate to Villa drive not working, so hard to close/open manually. If the above problems are solved then our rating would go up from 8 to 10.
