Summary: Most amazing experience. A fantastic stay made even more special due to due diligence of staff- all staff, who went beyond our expectations. Joanna from reception is impeccable in customer service and was responsible for creating an experience beyond our dreams. Kamini was amazing, trustworthy and great customer service. Keshav was great too. It’s the staff that make the hotel what it is an example of putting the customer first. Thank you.
