Positive: We loved absolutely everything. There is a kind of residential area, with a few studios to rent. The sudio is spacious enough and well designed, and it does not feel crowded. There is good storage space ( we were traveling for 2 weeks visiting both Mauritius and La Reunion and we had 2 big luggage and 2 trolleys with us). The bed is big and comfortable and has 2 different pillow types: one softer and one firmer, which we really liked as everyone has his own preference. The kitchen is very well equipped, there was nothing we needed and we didn't find and we did cook either for bfast, lunch or for dinner. We were even provided with a large umbrella, as sometimes it rained, and it was nice not to have to worry about buying an umbrella. The pool area is beautiful, surrounded by lush vegetation, overlooking the lagoon. They also provide 2 canoe - complimentary for the guests of the studio. I do highly recommend enjoying the pool in the evening, after a long day of sightseeing and exploring beautiful Mauritius. Last, but not least, a huge Thank you to Josic, the lady in charge of the studio, who provided us with a bottle of water, some cheese, butter and bread ( as we arrived very late) and all the shops close by 6 or 7 pm. That was totally unexpected, but absolutely lovely on her part. ❤️ . If you are renting a car in order to visit different areas of Mauritius, then do not hesitate to come here; it really felt like a small corner of paradise.

Negative: I just have 2 notes: - for the studio, i think having a mosquito net at the balcony door would be beneficial both for keeping things away ( mosquitoes, flies, geckos, etc) and also, during cooler months, the studio can be cooled just by keeping the door opened, rather than using the AC. - for the property itself, ( maybe the Maintenance personnel could consider puting a net on the Mango trees to secure the mango fruits do not fall on the cars parked under) the visitors parking spots are mainly under the 2 mango trees and we were a bit concerned parking there as if any fruit would fall and leave a dent on the car we would have had to pay ( the Full car insurance in Reunion costs as much as the car itself, so we opted not to buy the insurance). However, we did find one parking spot on one side and kept our car there. But again, these are just notes for future considerations; our stay here was just perfect and we would rent again if we ever get the chance to re-visit Mauritius.
