The whole house is opened by bay windows overlooking the tropical garden and the swimming pool, offering a large light volume and a friendly living space.
LIVING ROOM: The large and very comfortable living room is a particularly pleasant place to relax which is fully glazed and you just have to open the windows to overlook the swimming pool and the pleasantly wooded garden.
The smart TV with a large 60-inch flat screen with connection to the Orange fiber, allows you to be connected to your music or to be in Skype with your loved ones!
DINING ROOM: The dining room is also entirely open onto the swimming pool, a contemporary wooden table will allow you to share the delicious dishes of Mauritian cuisine with a thousand flavors.
THE KITCHEN: the kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, American fridge, traditional oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all the equipment you want in a kitchen). It communicates with the utility room where the washing machine and all accessories are located (iron, ironing board, drying rack, safe ...).
NIGHT SPACE:
PARENTAL SUITE (master): The air-conditioned bedroom, open by two sliding glass windows at an angle, overlooks the swimming pool. It is equipped with a 180 cm king size bed for sweet nights. A large dressing room for storing your suitcases and personal belongings adjoins the WC and the bathroom. It is equipped with a double sink unit, a large walk-in shower and an outdoor bathtub for relaxing.
THE BLUE ROOM: Air-conditioned room, with a 160 cm bed. It benefits from a private garden and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, mirror and WC.
CHILDREN'S ROOM: Air-conditioned room with a 140cm bed with storage space. She shares the bathroom of the blue room.
This bedroom connected to the blue bedroom by the bathroom offers an ideal sleeping area for a couple with 2 children.
THE STUDIO ROOM: This air-conditioned room has independent access and also overlooks the swimming pool. It is equipped with a King Size bed in 180 cm. This room has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, mirror and WC.
THE GARAGE: the garage accommodates two cars and is secured by an electric gate with remote opening.
THE OUTSIDE SPACE:
THE GARDEN: Our 8m x 4m flat-bottom swimming pool, made of quartzite stone, will allow you to relax, swim and cool off. Contemporary deckchairs, and other deckchairs, parasol will provide you with an optimal setting for relaxing under the benevolent eye of our magnificent Buddha. The maintenance of the pool and the garden is scheduled once or twice a week (depending on the period) to ensure crystal clear water and total well-being.
According to our tenants, the 6m x 4m PALM SHEET KIOSK is the main living area of the villa. You can relax there during the day, sheltered from the sun, caressed by the trade winds and share moments of conviviality in the evening with the barbecue a few meters away.
